We all have a giant meathead at our local gym who puts way too much weight just to get attention. Needless to say that most of the times, these reps aren’t remotely completed or done with a decent form. But it gets even worse when the meathead we have in mind monopolizes all the 45 lbs plates or a single station (such as the squat rack or the bench press) in order to accomplish his ego lift of the day.
